Together, we hold our elected officials accountable and build a pro-democracy coalition to advance policies that are both right and popular.
Getting it done depends on all of us.

CANCELLED: PEACEFUL PROTEST
Thursday, July 16, 5:00-7:00 PM
Air Quality Alert & Update!🚨
We are canceling our July 16 protest event for today, per the recommendations of Montgomery County officials to minimize or entirely avoid time spent outdoors today.
This is due to the 🔺CODE RED🔺 air quality alert: dangerous conditions even for those without underlying health conditions.
🔸We don’t have to be outdoors to have a meaningful impact!🔸
Here are some practical actions you can take, specifically related to the recent, horrific killings by ICE:
▪️Contact your federal, state, and county representatives to express your outrage about ICE’s actions, your support of immigrants, the importance of the government honoring the 4th Amendment, etc.
▪️Shut Down Moshannon!
Tell Clearfield County Commissioners to vote NO on contract renewal with ICE and Geo Group:
Email: twinters@ClearfieldCountyPA.gov JSobel@ClearfieldCountyPA.gov
DGlass@ClearfieldCountyPA.gov CCComm@ClearfieldCountyPA.gov CC: Commissioners@MontgomeryCountyPA.gov
so they know where you stand on this issue!
Leave a voicemail: 814-765-2642 x5051
▪️Protect Neighbors from ICE!
•Contact Montco Community Watch Tipline with info about suspected ICE activity:
267-279-9205 txt/voice; can send pix/video or email for more info montcowatch@gmail.com
•Email IndivisibleGJ@gmail.com
to learn about Rapid Response Team.
*ICE has been active in the region, including in Montgomery County.
▪️Demand Citizens Bank stop funding the GEO group and ICE concentration camps.
Protest on the first Saturday of each month.

Craftivism Meeting
Wednesday, July 15, 6:00 – 8:00 PM
At our first in-person Craftivism meeting, we developed many ideas of how we could put some creativity into our activism.
We will continue to develop our ideas in our Signal chat and hope to get started on our first project at the July 15 meeting. To be added to this chat, email us at IndivisibleGJ@gmail.com with your name and mobile number if you are on the Signal app or let us know if you need help to get on. Even if you don’t join the Signal chat, you will continue to receive updates in our newsletters.
Do you have materials? Some crafty folks have mentioned that they have materials that we could use for our projects. Do you have paint, yarn, markers, poster board, card stock, beads, buttons, fabric or other craft supplies you would be willing to contribute to our work? If so, please add what you have to our form here and we will reach out if we can use your supplies.
